How to start to take control of your life in only 35 Days

 

Are you feeling like you are NOT in control of what you are doing?  Between wildfires, hurricanes, elections, work from home, school at home and Broadway shutdowns there’s very little that feels within our control.

For some of us we don’t give ourself the time we personally need, or we spend the day trying to figure out how to pivot without knowing what it is we really want to do. Then we netflix and chill until the panic starts over tomorrow. 

 

The days all run together and you just don’t know when this is going to return to normal? 

 

You start doubting yourself and doubting whether or not the world is going to actually be the vision you have for it ...

 

You can’t seem to get past the disappointment of the moment, your desire for social justice,, and keep getting overwhelmed about how to make a difference. 

 

The mental struggle turns into a physical struggle. You're not exercising like you used to, because you don't see the point.

 

You feel like you’re running on empty and aren’t sure what to do to kick your ass into gear.

 

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL! LET’S CHANGE IT. 

I’ve realized that I’ve been looking for someone to come in and help me make consistent change in my mind, my body, and in the things that can change the world, but none of the people doing that look like me or believe in the things I believe in, so I’m leading this challenge myself. That’s why I NEED you! 

 

Let’s hold each other accountable for 35 days, and make a difference.

 

WHAT IS 35 PROGRESS?

35 PROGRESS is about PROGRESS not PERFECTION. By the end of these 35 days we are going to disrupt our patterns in our minds, in our bodies, and in our communities. 

 

You are in complete control ... and if you choose to follow this program and commit to yourself without compromise ... you can change your life. 

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU ARE COMMITTING TO DAILY! 

  • A minimum of TWO (2) 30 minute workouts a day. One of these sessions must be outdoors, even in inclement weather. (I’ll be doing BUILT FOR THE STAGE, see above)
  • READ 10 Pages of a Personal Development book every day.
  • DRINK 8, 16-Ounce glasses of water per day. 
  • COMMIT to a clean eating diet (I’m committed to WHOLE30)
  • NO alcohol 
  • SUPPORT (donate, tag, or share) one organization that is making a difference to progress your community. 
  • If you drop the ball on any day, you don’t have to start over, you simply keep going. However, you are required to admit what you chose to do instead. This is about progress, not perfection.
  • Take a daily PROGRESS PICTURE.
